YOU% is an online nutrition consultation service. We aim to deliver nutrition plans that make up 100% of the client — of YOU. Whether your goal is to get more active, eat cleaner, or personally gain more nutritional knowledge, we’re here to help you.

  • Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian, NASM Certified Personal Fitness Trainer

    Aside from studying the science of nutrition, bioenergetics, and supplementation, PJ enjoys working out in the gym and cooking brunch food. Although he currently appears as a chef/fitness junkie, PJ back in his intern days was awarded “Best in Oncology Nutrition”. He then developed his love for nutrition education because other than appreciating what he studies, he finds fulfillment in witnessing clients’ growth. If you are passionate about health or just need motivation, PJ is right up that alley.

    Sam wears her passion for nutrition on her sleeve ever since she was a teen. Having gone through fad diets herself with no one to go to, she made it a mission to help herself and others. Presently, Sam sees the developing concept of nutrition on both sides: Medical-based diet therapy for disease management, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. The lifestyle part she lives and breathes, but medical nutrition therapy is what she grew fond of as a student, awarded with “Best in Clinical Nutrition”.
